Why don’t you offer a free plan?

Sonadora is a learning engine — every script generated costs real compute, and a free tier would slow down quality for the teams who depend on GRIDD. Our 14-day trial gives you full access. If you can’t justify the cost after two weeks of real use, the plan probably isn’t for you.

What’s the difference between Studio and Studio Pro?

Studio is built for boutique agencies running up to 12 brands with a small team. Studio Pro adds the operational layer you need at 12+ brands — a roster dashboard with health scores per client, SSO and granular permissions, audit logs for compliance, and dedicated voice tuning. If you’re hiring your second PM or your first head of ops, you’re ready for Studio Pro.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and we’ll prorate the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No retention calls, no contracts to escape.

What happens after my trial ends?

We’ll charge the card on file and your workspace continues uninterrupted. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.

What counts as a “brand workspace”?

One brand workspace = one locked Brand Document, one ideation queue, one calendar, and one performance feed. Sub-brands of the same parent (e.g., product lines under one company) can share a workspace if their voice is shared. If they have distinct voices, they need separate workspaces.

Do you integrate with our existing tools?

GRIDD plugs into Slack, Notion, Google Drive, and Meta Business Suite, with Zapier for everything else. Studio Pro plans include API access for custom workflows. Enterprise plans include dedicated integration support — talk to sales about your stack.
