1. No Refunds
All payments made to GRIDD — including subscription fees for Pro and Pro+ plans — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Unused credits or unused portions of a billing period
• Accidental purchases
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Failure to cancel before a renewal date
• Downgrade to a lower plan mid-cycle
2. Subscriptions Are Prepaid
GRIDD subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis in advance. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you are purchasing access for the full billing period. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period regardless of cancellation.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Credits Are Non-Transferable
AI usage credits allocated to your plan are non-transferable and have no monetary value. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not carried forward or refunded upon cancellation.
5. Service Interruptions
We strive for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, or force-majeure events do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Exceptions
In the rare event of a demonstrable billing error caused solely by GRIDD (e.g. you were charged twice for the same period), please contact us at support@gridd.ai within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction.
